Masala Sandwich | Iyengar bakery style

Sometimes cravings can be maddening! Especially during those bitter cold wintry days! I was reminded of this sandwich that is usually stacked up in our very own indigenous Iyengar bakery back home. I never knew it was so simple and the fact that it is diminutively time consuming! It was a total delight :)
