SPAGHETTI AGLIO OLIO



I must tell you that this is the easiest.. sorry deceptively easiest pasta you could ever make in minutes! It only needs a few ingredients and will be done in a jiffy! I have made this a couple of times and every time and the taste only gets better.  There’s something very magical about Italian food that  tickles our taste buds.  Aglio in Italian means Garlic and Olio meaning Oil.  It’s a blend of olive oil with a rich garlic essence that is tossed with some aromatic seasoning and pitted black olives.





Ingredients

Spaghetti 200 grams
Garlic, minced 3 pods
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Black olives 8
Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt As needed
Directions
1.  Cook spaghetti as per package instructions or till its al-dente, strain it and set aside.







2. Heat olive oil in a pan, temper the garlic and add the spaghetti and give it a stir. Add red chilli flakes, olives, pepper and salt and toss it well until everything blends. Enjoy while its hot.
